Rooming houses

A rooming house is a residential property where rooms are available, on a commercial basis, for three (3) or more people to live. The person letting out the rooms (the proprietor) may also live in a property and can enter the common areas of the property without giving any notice.
A rooming house proprietor is a person who provides accommodation in a rooming house.
A rooming house resident is a person who rents out a room (boards of lodges) in a rooming house.
