Residential Tenancies Tribunal

The Residential Tenancies Tribunal is an independent judicial body. If a dispute arises which cannot be resolved, the Residential Tenancies Tribunal has the power to make a legally binding decision called an 'Order of the Tribunal'.

The Tribunal has been established to hear disputes quickly and inexpensively. There are no fees (except for applications made under the Retirement Villages Act 1987) and you can represent yourself.
