Residential Parks

A residential park agreement is one where a person (park owner/operator) gives another person (resident) a right to occupy a site,or site and dwelling, in a residential park as their principal place of residence.

Are you a resident of a park, either renting the land or renting a property within that park ?

Are you looking for forms of information on your rights and responsibilities to that tenancy?
