OCBA - Registration of premises

You cannot carry on business as a licensed dealer without first registering your business premises with the Commissioner, who must be satisfied that the premises is suitable. You can apply to register your premises upon application for a licence.

However, if you make a seperate application to have your premises approved at a later date, a fee will apply. You must supply a copy of the Council's letter approving the premises as a suitable place to sell second-hand motor vehicles.
