Cancelled licences

If you fail to lodge your annual return as required, your licence will be cancelled and you will be required to lodge a new application'. This includes paying the application fee and being re-assessed. The cancellation process is automated so that licences or registrations are always cancelled in accordance with the Travel Agents Act 1986.
