Land agents

Any person (including a company) who carries on business, or who holds himself or herself out as a land agent, must be registered under the Land Agents Act 1994. If a business operates as a partnership then each partner must hold a registration.

Stop press! A register of assurances is now available. An assurance is a formal guarantee in writing that is received by the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs from a trader.
