Procedure

Procedure to obtain photographic card in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Proof of Identity

  2. Gather together proof of identity documents as outlined in the 100 point identification

  3. Letter of Introduction

  4. Before your photo can be taken, you must identify yourself as one of our customers at the photo capture point by producing your ‘Letter of Introduction'. This letter, authorised by the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, shows your unique CLIENT ID number.

  5. Your Photograph

  6. Attend in person to have your photo taken at:
    Office of Consumer and Business Affairs
    Business and Occupational Services
    Level 3, Chesser House
    91-97 Grenfell St, Adelaide


    or at one of the Customer Service Centres (formerly Registration & Licensing) Please refer to photo capture points listed.

    Remote Areas
    If you live in a remote area not serviced by a photo capture point listed, please contact the Business and Occupational Services branch.

Reminder: Payment of fees and lodgement of applications or annual return forms can only be made at: Office of Consumer and Business Affairs, Level 3 Chesser House, 91-97 Grenfell St, Adelaide.
