Environmental and other considerations

There is a wealth of information available about how to reduce your overall demand for energy and about how to minimise your impact on the environment. Some environmental requirements are mandated through legislation, and over time these may increase.

There are many ways to reduce your need for expensive heating and cooling, and to reduce running costs on appliances. Energy SA has tips for an energy efficient home – read about them at Energy SA.
