Companies in liquidation

Consumers can get caught in the middle when a company goes into liquidation. If you have ordered goods and you have paid a deposit, or the full amount, and you are waiting to receive goods you may need to get in touch with the administrator. If you've paid by credit card then you may need to contact your financial institution to arrange a charge back. There may be warranty issues if goods fail. Sometimes there is no other option than you having to access a service provider or someone who supplies spare parts. This will vary according to the company involved.
