Renewal checklist
- Locate your Registration Number
(as detailed on the Statement of Renewal of Registration of a Business Name sent to you by the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs)
- Locate your Document Number
(see top right hand corner under barcode on the Statement of Renewal of Registration of a Business Name sent to you by the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs)
- Have your Credit Card details ready
(we accept Visa and Mastercard )
If your business name is not renewed within two months after the date of expiry it will be removed from the register. Once the name is removed that name cannot be re-registered through a renewal process. A new Application for Registration of a Business Name will be required with the appropriate fee.
This transaction is encrypted and secure.

The Office of Consumer and Business Affairs has made every effort to ensure your details are not compromised in any way. An encryption code is applied to each entry you make to minimise the risk of others being able to intercept and interpret your entries.Processing time
Business name renewals lodged via this online facility will be processed and a certificate issued within ten (10) working days of receipt by the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs.
