Failure to comply will result in a late fee being applicable.

Changes of details for registered business names and business renewals can be completed within minutes over-the-counter, or within ten working days if received by post or facsimile.
Change in Proprietors
Any change in proprietors of a registered business name must be lodged on the appropriate form within 28 days of the date of the change.
A late fee will apply if lodged 28 days after change.

Cancellation of a Business Name
To cancel a business name complete the appropriate form. No fee is payable for cancellation of a business name.
