Franchise consent
If you are applying for a Business Name which is part of an existing franchise, you must attach a letter of consent from the franchisor stating you are eligible to register under that name.

If you are applying for a Business Name which is the same as your Body Corporate name, minus the legal requirements (ie. Pty Ltd), this notice must be completed and lodged with your application. Please Note: In this situation, the Body Corporate must be the sole proprietor of the Business Name.
