The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Office has a set of beautiful Commemorative Certificates available for purchase with gift vouchers available upon request.

What are they?

Commemorative Certificates are designed and intended for use as a memento to mark a special occasion such as a birth or a marriage. The certificates can be purchased for any person born or married in South Australia in accordance with our Access Policy.

The Commemorative Certificates are sold as a package only, which includes a Commemorative Certificate and a full-certified copy of the standard Birth or Marriage Certificate.

Gift voucher

Gift voucherGift Vouchers for our Commemorative Certificate Packages make a wonderful gift. Why not purchase a gift voucher to present to parents at the birth of their newborn child, or to newlyweds following their marriage.

Anyone can purchase the gift voucher, however, it only can be redeemed by a person in accordance with the Registrar's Access Policy.

To order a commemorative certificate package:

Our Commemorative Certificates are printed on archival quality paper and are beautifully presented, wrapped in tissue paper and fastened with a Registry seal.

Please allow up to five (5) working days for delivery of the Commemorative Certificate.
