To vary or cancel your undertaking to comply with a safety code you must put your request in writing. Your request must be addressed to the Minister for Consumer Affairs at the postal address below.
To vary or cancel your undertaking:

| 3. | Record of the Change You will be notified in writing when your request has been confirmed. Please note: no fee is charged to vary or cancel your undertaking. Your updated undertaking will be recorded on the Subscriber Register. The date of cancellation of your undertaking will be recorded on the Subscriber Register. |
