Submit application and payment
You must complete the application form Registration of an undertaking to comply with a safety code and submit it together with the appropriate fee. Payment can be made by cash (in person), credit card, money order or cheque, (cheques must be made payable to the Commissioner for Consumer Affairs).You may submit your application by post or in person to:

Notification of result
Once your application has been approved, you will be notified in writing and details will be published in the South Australian Government Gazette.Subscriber register
Once gazetted, your undertaking to comply with the nominated safety code will be recorded on the Subscriber Register on the OCBA website.
