Send us a report about unfair trading

The Unfair Trading Report form is designed to assist the public in reporting trader conduct that breaches legislation administered by OCBA. This may include conduct that is unfair, unethical and unlawful.

If you have evidence of alleged unfair trading you can download the report form, then complete the details and deliver or post the form to the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs, along with any supporting documentation or evidence.
