Please note: The following matters have not been the subjects of court findings. Therefore, the allegations that have given rise to the assurances have not been proven in a court of law. The traders gave the assurances voluntarily after investigations by Office of Consumer and Business Affairs staff of complaints against them.

			Fair Trading Act 1987 Section 17(1)(a)(i)&(ii)	Will refrain from failing to include required information in prescribed contracts.
			Section 18(1)	Will refrain from accepting money from a consumer, in relation to a prescribed contract, prior to the expiration of a cooling off period.
			Section 18(2)	Will refrain from supplying services to a consumer, under a prescribed contract, prior to the expiration of a cooling off period.
