We have drafted a checklist of good governance that can help you achieve a healthy association. The checklist is a set of questions to be asked of the governing committee of an Incorporated Association. It is designed to generate discussion about what changes may be needed and how they can go about these and who can help. It is not designed to cover every aspect of governance but a broad cover of the more important aspects of governance.
